Warranty policy


Fabrik & co thanks you for your interest in our products and services 
Our Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Fabrik & co.


What is covered with a limited warranty?
The Limited Warranty covers any defects in matter or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period which is calculated from the date of delivery as follows:
    Frames and hardware – indoor use – 1-year warranty
    Frames and hardware - outdoor use -3-month warranty*
    Fabric - indoor use – 3-month warranty*
    Fabric - outdoor use -3-month warranty*
    Beach flag poles – lifetime warranty

*There is NO WARRANTY on printed products that fade or are damaged due to weather conditions 
Fabrik & Co will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance within the warranty period.

 

What if we have an issue with our order?
Contact us at info@fabrik-co.com within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for warranty resolution. We will guide you in the process of returning or replacing your purchased item.  Multiple solutions are offered to rectify warranty issues and may require photographic proof to open your warranty ticket.  We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.

 

What is not covered by this limited warranty?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any issue caused by:
•    Inclement weather conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

 

What if my package is lost, damaged or late?
For any issues resulting in the loss, damage or delay of a product delivery outside normal delivery times using one of Fabrik & Co’s transporters, Fabrik & Co will process the claim information and replace the affected product. **
For orders shipped using a customer's account or a third-party shipping account, the customer will be responsible for replacing the affected product at cost and pursuing the claim process with the concerned shipping/freight company.
**Should boxes and/or items be damaged in transit, you MUST provide photographic proof of each damaged BOX and/or PRODUCT within 10 days of delivery, to receive compensation otherwise we cannot be held responsible. External transporters have their own regulations for claim filing, and we must comply with their deadlines.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your visual is approved, it is immediately sent to production to meet with delivery requirements.  Therefore, order cancellations after visual approval is not possible. Please contact your account manager or info@fabrik-co.com should you need to cancel.

 

Can I obtain a refund?
Fabrik & co. offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery.
Items returned must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as when received to qualify for return.

 

How do I initiate the Refund process?
A return document number is required for all returns.  Please contact info@fabrik-co.com to obtain your return documentation.

 

What happens once my item is returned?
Upon receipt of the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure there is no damage to the product and an email will be sent out either confirming or denying your return.
Your returned item has been accepted.  A credit note will be issued to your account. The credit can be kept on account for use towards a future payment or can be reimbursed.  Note that a reimbursement request needs to be accompanied by a check specimen before it can be processed.
I haven’t received my refund.
Please validate with your bank and/or credit card company before reaching out to us.  It can take between 2 to 5 business days for refunds to be posted.
If you have done all the necessary verifications and have still not received our refund after 5 business days, please contact us at facturation@fabrik-co.com and we will be happy to investigate the issue.
 

I purchased a sale or liquidated product – Can I still get a refund?
Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Items placed on sale or liquidated are not refundable.
 

Can I exchange my product?
Only damaged or defective items can be exchanged.  If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us via email at info@fabrik-co.com.  We will guide you through our return/exchange process.
 

Who pays for shipping on returned items?
Returned items will not be accepted unless they are accompanied by a Return Document Number.  If you are returning your purchase due to a defective or damaged product, please ensure to reach out to info@fabrik-co.com to obtain the required information/documentation.

**Note – The purchase is responsible for all shipping costs in relation to the return and/or replacement of a damaged or defective purchase.  If compensation is due, the shipping cost for the replacement item will be deducted from the compensation.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.
Shipping through a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance is recommended on all items over $75.00.
